The Mountain Climber is not hard to do . Bring your left leg forward with your knee bent and your knee pointing towards your chest. And then bring your leg back to the original position. The next exercise you will need to get rock hard abs is a type of modifed crunch. An exercise ball is needed to do this one. Place the mid part of your body on the ball while your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are slightly bent. The action is a crunch motion. You need to move your upper body like a crunch while keeping your neck from moving.
Using the ball again, you are now going to do a modified push up. Place your feet on either side of the exercise ball. Use your legs to squeeze the ball and start movign it back and forth.
